Destination Highlights

Bumboat Cruise

Enjoy a Bumboat cruise along the Singapore River. The Singapore River is like a witness of its history. On both sides of the river, we see the colonial buildings, traditional Chinese shops, modern skyscrapers with each telling the story of Singapore.

Battlebox

A former underground command bunker centre 9 meters below ground in Fort Canning Park, the Battlebox was built in 1936 and was part of the Malaya command headquarters during the battle for Singapore during world war 2. Enjoy a guided tour and can discover how the underground command centre functioned as a bunker replete with features such as signals and air defence rooms.

Lau Pa Sat Hawker Centre

Singapore’s hawker food tradition is now part of UNESCO’S list of cultural heritage. Hawker centres, known in the west as a food court, but in Singapore the food quality is extremely high, prepared by masters of their craft who have focused on only a few dishes for their entire career, which are an indispensable pillar of the Singaporean way of life, each offer numerous cuisines.
