We strive to make the development process of launching your study abroad program easy from start to finish. During the entire process of designing and implementing a customized program for your students, we are committed to working closely with you and providing you extensive support whenever needed.

10 Step Program Process


Request Study Program Proposal

As to gain more details for your customized study tour program. Please take a few minutes to fill out this online study program proposal request form.


Consultation Meeting

We will then contact you for an initial discussion consultation meeting online to discuss your customized study tour program in more detail. Talk to us about your ideas, learning objectives along with your logistic, academic and financial needs.


Review your Proposal

After receiving your customized draft program proposal within 2-3 weeks. Review the program proposal which includes a day to day description of activities (site visits, academic lectures,sightseeing etc). Details of travel logistics,accomodation,meals and pricing. This proposal is the basis for further collaboration and revisions until we agree on a final program outline.


Accept your Proposal

Once we have agreed on a final program outline and an acceptance of the proposal, will send through a booking confirmation acceptance form.


Promote your Program

If required, we can support your efforts by providing you with promotional material and presentations to help with student recruitment for the study tour.



You will receive a tentative itinerary in order to finalize the daily schedules and site academic visits. We will ask for additional information, such as the participants’ list and emergency information as well as collect final payments.


Final Confirmation

Participant numbers, logistical information, and final payment are due 60 days prior to your program start date.


Final Program

You will receive a comprehensive itinerary with detailed, day-to-day schedules that include all relevant information for you and your students 2 weeks prior to departure.


In – Country Program Support

You’ll be welcomed and supported by your dedicated logistics coordinator for the duration of your program.


Post – Program

There will be an evaluation meeting for us to conduct a detailed post-program review and discuss program feedback.
